This is a great product for baking good cornbread this is a good product for frying good fish you season a little bit it's not too grainy it doesn't clump up it does a great job your family will love it and so will you

Not 5 lb bag
Much smaller bag than I thought I was ordering. After doing some research seems this is the average size sold now and for a comparable price. Seems during covid production was slowed and it has not recovered, however you can make cornmeal at home from popcorn kernels so if like me you think this is too expensive look into that.
