Heater wont shut off on temp sounds like t stat any way to reset

Not sure, how to check that and did not see a reset. Instructions not very detailed.

How many kilowatt hours does this unit use if running at 10,000 watts

This is an impossible question to reply to. There are endless variables. Insulated garage? Small or large space? Short or tall ceilings? Up north by Canada or down south by Texas? All of these factors make a huge difference on how much it will have to run. Someone in freezing temps up north in an uninsulated garage will likely keep running and never shut off. Likewise, if someone has a very efficient environment, it may barely have to run but every few hours for 15mins at a time. Worst it would be is 240kWh. Best is...not possible to figure since it will differ for everyone. Best i can tell you is, at 16 cents per kW, it will be roughly $1.50 per hour to run. Hope that helps.
