A lot of small spots to paint, all in the little details.

I really had a lot of fun with this one. My first small one, and I liked how it was finished in a jiffy. The paint brushes were really awesome too.Just two small things: the orange colored paints were super thin, and I really needed to pile it on. There was enough paint tho. The other thing is that the color was a bit different from the photos. It was a bit more colder, and less warm than the sample photo. But it still looks good.

I brought this painting as a gift for my sister. She loves sunflowers. I personally haven’t ran into any issues yet. I will probably have it done in a couple more days. I thought I would write my review while I was thinking of it and before I forget.1st. I wish it included another smaller brush. I felt like mine were fine but a smaller brush would had came in handy in the smaller areas.2nd. This was a perfect way to kill time in the parent pick up while waiting for my child from school. The sunlight made it easier for me to see the areas that I missed or needed to add more paint to hide the numbers.3rd. There were some numbers that required more paint and I wished they had an extra so I could put a little more paint in that area. I did not run out of paint which is good. I just felt like a little more would be nice to thicken and hide the numbers better.4th. The numbers are small but I had no problem finding them.5th. I would say I am a beginner painter. I couldn’t had been able to come up with this on my own.So far this has been a nice relaxing project. It keeps me busy. This will be pretty when it’s done. Yes I would buy another paint by number picture. I like that it does come with paint, brushes, canvas, an extra number sheet, a small painting of the finished painting and it’s ready to be hung once it’s finished. Personally I will buy a frame to put it in since I am giving it as a gift and I think a frame would look nicer.

I just received this yesterday and have painted for maybe an hour. Good quality canvas and paint. The spaces and numbers are very small and you definitely need very bright light to see everything. I think I will go buy another very tiny paintbrush as the ones sent with the set are going to be too big for many of the spaces. Will update my post later as I do more.
