What a simple, yet effective gadget. Really easy to use and clean and it looks nice on the kitchen worktop. I used to package up my capsules and take to various recycling points. This is some much less hassle and much quicker. There's something really satisfying about putting in a used capsule and pressing the plunger down. I would thoroughly recommend this item.

I wish Nespresso would add this to all their machines. So easy to use. Actually therapeutic LOL.Tip: scrunch your empty pods into a ball (like a tennis ball size). Pods are too small to be picked up at sorting centres and end up in the landfill.

I was always reluctant to just throw my used coffee pods away so would normally use a sharp knife to remove the foil then scoop out the coffee into our food waste container, rinse the pod and put it into recycling.Not an ideal way of doing it and very fortunate to not have re over any fingers in the process.A friend told me he had a special gadget for emptying the pods and recommended this one to me.It is so much easier and quicker using it.It is solidly made and so simple I am very glad I bought this.It is very easy to clean and is only made up of three parts.Would highly recommend it
