Still comfy
I've been using this Holy Lamb fleece mattress topper for many months now and it's still just as comfy as ever. (I needed it to soften a new latex mattress that was too firm.) Thankfully, I've had no allergic reactions to the wool. I'm very pleased with this product!

Holy Lamb this is great!
When I started reseaching natural sleeping products this luxury item came to view and I just had to have it. It proved the phrase 'Holy Lamb!' as in 'holy cow this is great!' I sleep hot, have arthritis and fibromyalgia - this offered the possibility of relief and I was stunned at the immediate results. The first night it was on our bed we slept two hours more! The next night we slept even better - amazing. It's so thick and 'pettable', the bottom layer is a thick cotton knit and there is a good bit of weight to it. It doesn't shift around on the bed, wraps over the edges and just provides a layer of 'ahhh' to the bed. It does compress over time, but stays plenty thick - I rotate ours regularly and it does perform best if allowed to air regularly (easy, now there's an excuse not to make your bed)I put a wool mattress pad under it as suggested by the folks at Holy Lamb and have stayed dry and cozy.update - After six months it has compressed, but is still quite thick and cushions pressure points. Problem is that it does create a nesting affect and I feel a need to point out that turning it is critical - but what about the center 'ridge'? Well, we're dealing with it by making sure we sit on it.

sleeping better than ever
sleeping better than ever with my fibromyalgia. However, I wouldn't be able to use it in the summer, as I am sleeping warmer.
