Creepy and Cool!
Overall, a very nice mask. Being a Zagone piece, I already had high expectations. Zagone Studios masks always look just like the picture, and this one was no exception. The mask looked very nice and realistic up close, and the latex was thick yet flexible like many Zagone masks. My one criticism was in the general size of the mask. My head is quite large, but in general I've never had an issue with Zagone masks fitting my head. This piece, however, could not even reach over my nose! I decided to cut a 3 inch slit up the back of the head, knowing that I would be wearing a wig over the mask. With the slit, the mask fit SO much better on my head, although not completely covering my ears. Additionally, this mask is a 3/4 mask like many of the Zagone Studios pieces- meaning that the back of the mask is open so that the back of the wearer's neck and about 3 inches above it are open. Also, to better suit my purposes, I did add some touch ups to the mask- first, I darkened up the eyes to be a bit creepier. Then, I darkened the upper lip to make some stubble. I did this because I wore this mask for my Jack Torrance costume. It was perfect!
