Was a bit worried about the battery after reading some reviews as it seems some people got some duds, but all good here so far. Instructions say to use the low output cables provided and your own 2A USB charger plugs, which I did and everything charged fine. Took about 3hrs to charge to max from empty when they arrived. Would be nice if they came with a splitter cable so you only needed one plug, but I had 2 spare plugs so not a huge issue just a little cumbersome on space. Heaters worked great once charged. Very hot. Tried to leave them on max to see how long the battery would last, but that got too hot for me. I found Level one is fine for normal use. Although they noticeably do heating and cooling cycles so sometimes they feel much warmer than others. I really like the big size tho and the way you can curve your fingers around each unit. The 2 halves stick together if needed but with this big model that feels unnecessary to me, however individually the 2 heaters are great, even for larger hands. They are a little bulky in the pocket but no worse than a car fob and a bunch of keys. Got about 5 hrs out of the first use after several hrs on max to start. So battery life isn’t bad. Overall really happy. Very handy and easy to use and just a joy to be able to warm up cold hands in bitter winter temperatures. Will see how the battery holds up.

I suffer from freezing cold hands (I'm getting old!) even in Summer. A blast of heat from these bad boys sorts them out. The shape is good as you can focus the heat on your fingers or palm. Heat levels are excellent and so far, battery life has been fine. No idea how long they last on a single charge yet. Minor issue, the magnets that hold them together for storage is a bit weak, they fall apart easily. Also they are quite heavy, but I suspect that weight is 99% battery. Other than that, I think they're excellent. They are kind of habit forming though, I carry them all the time now.

I have a couple of sets of rechargeable handwarmers and I must say these are my favourites. They're compact and stylish and fit well inside a glove or pocket. They charge quickly and take seconds to release their heat, unlike some others that take a little while to get up to temperature. They have four heat settings but to be honest I find the highest setting a little too much.I have been impressed with how long the heat has lasted with virtually an all day release on the lowest setting, which has been a very comfortable setting on most occasions. I like that they can be used as a single unit if desired and that they can be used as mini power banks for a charging boost to any electronics whilst out and about.I'd recommend these for most outdoor activities, especially hiking and camping.

I really wanted to like this product but seems it wasn't meant to be.At first impression all looked well and seemed to be functioning nicely, build quality is good and packaging is very nice, magnet is strong enough but not too strong, so it is not difficult to take them apart and quickly put them in each pocket.After 3-4 days we've noticed that one of the sides is getting significantly less warm, we made sure that it was fully charged and that both sides were on the same setting but still same result.We contacted the seller which responded swiftly, and after checking a couple of things with us (mainly the battery level and heat settings) suggested to refund 20%.I declined as I'd rather have a fully working unit, to which the seller responded that even if they send a new device to swap the faulty one there's no guarantee it would happen again (what????) And insisted again on the 20% refund!I then contacted Amazon CS which (as usual) were much more helpful, I ordered another device and planned to return the defective one.Problem is the new one is even worse!!!!! Doesn't hold a charge at all even when not in use!Both are going back for a full refund and I'd stay away from this brand, not sure how it gets so many good reviews as 2 out of 2 defects plus the seller admittance that they can NOT guarantee a fully working device rings way too many alarm bells.
