This is my second camera from this company. I have another one for my Lexus that I've been using for 4 years and counting, it is still working wonderfully.OEM look and fit, easy installation, and does the job of a dashcam perfectly. You basically forget it's there, and even people who are familiar with the car do not realize it's a non OEM part at first glance.Unfortunately for this one, I picked the wrong color when prompted by CS rep confirming my order. I thought my interior matched closer to the silver color, but it is actually beige. Upon realizing my mistake, I reached out to CS and they very kindly send me the correct color casing again free of charge. I had to basically disassemble and reassemble the camera myself to switch the casing, but it was a relatively simple job. No complaints whatsoever, 5 star!--Update Jan 2025--The camera unfortunately developed an issue after using it for over half a year. But their support was quick to respond and stood behind their 1 year warranty. Replacement unit was shipped out quickly after initial contact and troubleshooting, very impressed by their responsiveness outside of Amazon.My other unit in my Lexus is still going strong after 5 years as of this update (knocking on wood), so I probably just got unlucky with this one. Given the good post sale response, I will definitely continue to buy their dashcams as I upgrade my vehicles in the future.

tldr is this thing is great and easy to use/install!I have a 2020 GLE450 and am very pleased with how this looks!First the design accommodates the existing camera that is standard on all newer Mercs and the dash cam portion comes down just below it by about 2 inches.Second, the installation was insanely easy, took less than 10 minutes to take the old cover off, connect the wire as instructed, and put everything back on.Also the app is pretty good, it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that my old blackvue did but it does the job and makes saving the clips super easy.My only gripe, and it is a small one that is just a personal preference is I wish there was an option to turn the indicator lights off or at the very least make them solid instead of flashing. It’s no big deal in the end and tbh I can probably just cover them with a small piece of masking tape since I have the tan interior.

I like their service and the product is good but its not fully 4k quality. It can be better.But its better compare to others.I wont recommend the rear camera bcz you beed to run the wire from front dash cam to back. I rather suggest getting a diff cam for back and connect it.There installation video can be better. If you face a problem opening the vent middle peace then make sure you use a screw driver to push it and open.

I was really impressed with how well integrated it looks. More aftermarket products should look like this and work this well. Once installed you can't tell that it's there. It took about 15 minutes to install after watching the install video twice. It was initially a little tough to get one of the existing pieces of plastic off the Mercedes installed unit, and I was trying to be careful not to break something. Finally I had to give it a little more force and it came off. I connected the two wires (no crimping or wire cutting), and it fired right up and is working really well.

I own this camera for 6 months and for this period I found 4 times that flash card is full and camera was not recording any files for couple of days. Which breaks the whole purpose of the dash cam. And of course all moments when I needed the recoding, it was missing.Do not buy this cam as it does not do it job

I bough the front and rear camera for Mercedes Benz gls 450.Overall positive experience, I don’t think the price reflects the value of the product. $300 isn’t the right price for a heavily involved DIY project that took ~3h (2h only on the rear camera in 2 days)For context: I am very well versed in DIY projects.The front camera install is fast and full of videos. Pry bar and instructions can get you through install fast.The real problem is installing the rear camera.I was looking for a sleek install to hide the cable.That means, fishing the cable through the cabin roof and following the oem wiring.In a MB GLS is tricky to pull out the plastic covers behind the trunk door.With no videos and no instructions (even after exchanging various messages with the seller) I had to improvise and dis break some of the plastic support on my MB. If I had proper instructions I’d done the job faster and without the stress and googling to figure out by myself.The the value of this product for me is no less then 150/200, but of course for MB you have to pay premium even with no support or service…

Easy install on the front camera, just plug and play! Great image quality with wide angle view. I will definitely recommend this device!
