Q: Can anyone recommend a good projector for this 14FT screen ?

I use a Samsung Freestyle projector. It works great. I would imagine any projector would work well with this movie screen.

Q: Is this sturdy? What if it's windy?

It feels pretty sturdy. There are loops on each corner on the bottom section, and they provided pretty big stakes, as well as 2 for the top and strings to tie them off. I’ve had it up in semi windy conditions and it did pretty decent

Q: Will this work with a PlayStation 5?

No. Unless a Playstation 5 has a outward video projector.

Q: How far back is the projector to fill the screen, I know the projector will make a difference just trying to get some idea?

The projector used does make a difference (lumens and brightness); but I keep it about 15 - 20 feet away.
