Werhoo 41A5034 Safety Sensor Kit, Replacement for Craftsman/Chamberlain/Liftmaster Garage Door Sensor, Compatible with Liftmaster/Chamberlain/Craftsman Garage Door openers Made After 1997

I'd been struggling to shut my garage door when the sun was directly hitting the garage sensors. Right about the time I'm ready to go to work and when I get home. Frustrating as hell. I got some sensor protectors and that helped for about a week. Then I was parking outside the garage until the sun went down so I could close the garage door behind me.Finally, a neighbor told me she heard that my garage door sensors could be bad so I decided to try it out and got these. I was nervous to install them because I'm not a technical or electrical kinda person. Decided to youtube how to do it and I gave it a try. It was fairly easy to do. The only downfall was I couldn't figure out which sensor was the green light and which sensor was the orange light until I installed them. Figured I could switch them later if needed.Got them hooked up and it worked! Worked great! The only downfall was the new wire connector pieces. I didn't realize I had to get the wires perfectly fit into the connector pieces before pushing the orange button to lock them in place. So, I used the one extra that's supplied with the kit. Only one extra. Well that was fine until I needed two! So, I ended up just adding a little piece of electrical tape and it's good to go.I can now open and close my garage in direct sunlight with no problems at all! Wish I'd known this information last summer.

I had a lightening strike that knock out a few electronics in the house. The garage sensors were affect too. I purchased these as they looked similar to the previously installed ones. Thy worked perfecting and fit the brackets that were already there. It came with everything I needed, such as the sensors nuts and bolt, and wire connectors. Much better value than branded versions which are 2.5 times as much.

Great replacement for the original installed equipment. They came with everything I needed besides the labor. The only thing I would add to this is being able to see the green and amber lights from multiple angles.Otherwise, they work flawlessly and only took about 5 minutes to install. I have a Chamberlin chain driven setup.
