Great Stuff
Liquid Rubber is the bomb! I swear you could take a firehose to my basement walls and they still wouldn't leak. I do use the Geotextile tape for cracks in the wall and along the space where the floor and the wall meet. I also put one roller length of Liquid Rubber on the floor next to the wall. I also use the Liquid Rubber primer which, in my case is necessary. My basement walls are like those old popcorn ceilings. I have to scrape off what I can, put the primer on then 2-3 coats of Liquid Rubber. Zero water in the 3 years I've used it. We recently had a freak flash flood storm come in from the northeast and little streams came in on an untreated wall. That wall has now been Liquid Rubberized and it WILL keep the water out.

Works great
These work great. They could use a small direction slip but are mostly self explanatory. They hide quite well after two or three coats. Easy to cut and handle with gloves on

Pointless without the sealing product
This is part of a 3 stage until/product if you are not using the slealer you don't need this product. The way it works you put down the slealer first, and while it is still wet, you put the tape on the seal and then more slealer over the tape, but it works amazing for making water tight corners and to bridge up to a1/2" Gaps then you paint over it all with the rubber coloring product.

Works fine, not a great value
The product itself works as described, just follow the instructions. The issue is that it is a poor value for the price. I bought another roll that functioned as well at a large chain retail store at about 4X the value. Having used both, there are slight differences depending on the application, but no difference in function.

Finally a Complete Solution
Our pond has had recurring problems with leaking and a number of repairs involving epoxy paint were successful but short lived. I decided to try Liquid Rubber to see if it would do a better job. I immediately observed that the Liquid Rubber product covered the interior surfaces of the pond better than materials used in the past. Moreover, as I applied the second and third coat, I could observe a very uniform coating being developed. It is important to let the coats cure properly. I gave each coat 24 hours (in sunny 90 degree weather) to dry (a bit beyond just tacky) before another coat was applied. After application, I let the pond sit for 36 hours. I then did a test fill and not a drop was wasted due to leaks. I let it sit for 3 days to confirm the Liquid Rubber coat was holding up. Perfect. I am confident that I will have years of protection with Liquid Rubber. I have a gallon left over, but with at least a year of shelf life left, I will find waterproofing areas around the home to use this product. A well deserved 5 star rating.
