Good if you don't stress them
Excellent results so far. Using these for interior LED lighting on a computer-controlled schedule. I try to not stress them by running at about half of the rated power. Didn't have one fail yet. About to start powering some small inductive loads. Will see how that goes.

I should have known this before
I updraded my non poe camera using this device. I should have known this before when I installed my cameras to minimize too much wirings. Now my cameras are working perfectly. Love it.
