First time trying these usually use daddario pro arte flamenco but wanted to try strings easier on the hands. They are indeed easier to play, have a nice sound on a Cordoba mk studio negra(mahogany back/sides) and at about 5 weeks still have their sound and I play a lot. Red strings/silver basses look cool imo. Weird side note: don't know if this is the norm but after restringing the natural harmonics were completely dead below the 7th fret. After they broke in they had nice bright harmonics. Never experienced this before. I don't use them that often but I did notice it.

Beautiful Sound and Finish
This is the second set of these particular types of strings for one of my guitars and I am still in love with them! not only are they pleasant sights to see, but they produce such lovely sounds. The Red Nylon really stands out and the silver strings really shine. I did unfortunately leave my guitar on the balcony overnight and the strings did get a little tarnished. All in all, I think these are great quality and value strings. They make me happy just looking at them and I will definitely get them again.

Not for beginner students.
I'm a beginner Flamenco student and started two months ago on my acoustic guitar, so I already had built up calluses until I switched to my Flamenco guitar. These were my first pair of strings that I placed on my guitar. I do not recommend these strings if you are a beginner and haven't built calluses, but if you take it seriously and want to develop good calluses, then start with these medium tension strings. I play every day between 4-6 hours and these strings last me about a month before they break or show signs of wearing. Overall, setting a good foundation on these strings and understanding what tension is and feels like allowed me to better understand the difference between other string tensions. If you're comfortable with going through the motions, I recommend these strings. They are bright but lose their milage quickly if you play often. Experiment with these for a solid few months, then try another tension and see how those feel for you. Enjoy! :)

Great feel and sound
I put these on my Cordoba GK Studio. Strings really make a difference on this guitar. I replaced lighter tension strings with these, and they brought my guitar back to life. Love playing it now. Highly recommended.

Fabulous
My husband loves his flamenco strings. He uses them on his Yamaha Transacoustic and it sounds great to him. I don’t have the trained ear to tell the difference generally but he is very particular and loves these strings. He prefers the sound and feel of nylon and enjoys this purchase. He also prefers to have them installed instead of stringing the guitar himself. Some places charge more for speciality string installation so double check with places before you go there. I believe he found a place to do it at a more reasonable price than where he had initially planned to take it.

Crisp Clear Sound - Playable
I have always loved these strings; have been using them for decades. Crisp, clear sound. Red nylon looks sexy on my guitar. These are great for hammering techniques with the left (finger board) hand.Longevity could be better. If you play regularly you will want to change these three to four times a year if not more. However, good quality for the money.
