Got this today! Opened the bottle, and a pretty good smell of garlic (those who hate garlic smell; beware. I love the smell). The smell says that this is potent stuff. Took two capsules at once with a small meal and water. After maybe 30-45 mins, I started getting garlic burps (again, if you hate the garlic burps or the garlic aftertaste, this is not for you; but then you are likely someone who will never be able to consume garlic in any form).Its too early for me to talk to the health benefits. I’ve bought these a few times. I take these for my blood pressure instead of prescription meds which have unpleasant side effects and ingredients. They are potent smelling when you open the bottle, I but they don’t make your breath smell and they don’t repeat on me. Good quality and price.
