Delivered with broken seal
Came with a broken seal. Don't know how long it has been open and whether still safe to consume. The smell is like an old oil so might already gone bad. It looks like I can't return it although came in damaged 😕

Taste is horrible
I bought this for health reasons, thinking to take a spoonful every day, but it taste absolutely terrible. I just couldn’t take it so I decided to use it as an oil rub for my knee which I have arthritis in. hopefully it will ease some pain.
