It performance is good

Firstly, packaging was horrible, original box was torn, the polishing machine and the attachments were full of dust even the machine was not packed in a plastic jacket. I have received only the buffing pad, the 'D' handle grip, the allen key bolts and allen key wrench, sponge pad was missing as in the description. I already have a set of 5" dia. sponge pads & buffing pad, so the missing items do not concern me much. But I strongly recommend the seller and Amazon to look in to the matter since your customers will expect what is promised in your digital pages.The instrument is working fine and I personally feel that it is going to last if you are going to use it with care and not use it commercially. The machine is quite heavy which shows that it is durable, the switches are sturdy and the speed regulator dial is ergonomically placed.Overall I am satisfied with the performance but I suggest that the seller and M/s. Amazon should pay more importance to their packaging and accessories.
