This is easy to use and works good looks great

I followed the instructions and it looks great. I used the blue color. Be aware- the blue is potent! I sprayed the blue distress in an open garage during a heavy rain. I think the slow drying allowed the blue to work long. Its really blue, but I like how it turned out. I painted 2 large plastic outdoor planters and 2 large outdoor cast iron plant urns. I’m curious to see how the finish ages on my front steps.

I used this patina to give an aged look on a few accessories on my 1980 CJ 7 Jeep. I’ll soon be doing the Jeep as well. But as you see.. came out really good. I also used a clear closet to seal everything in when I was done. I later on hit my head on the mirror and had to go to the ER but the patina held good! It’s great.

This is an excellent product, it takes a little learning curve to figure out how to patina the material without eating through the paint and showing just the primer. But it’s well worth it when you get it right.

I absolutely love the finish this product gives, however, it seems it cannot be sealed without ruining that finish I love. It dissolves 95% of the blue patina when applied. The sealant by Modern Masters says it’s particularly for the iron oxidized paint, well what about the blue and green patina? I had big plans for this and can’t use it if I can’t seal it. Also, it’s expensive, so i spent a great deal of time on an art piece only to now potentially not be able to use it. Suggestions?

I had this cement garden doll that looked so sad and drab. Purchased this kit and finished this on a weekend. Takes a while because one has to wait for the first step to dry really well. Simple to use. Now one can see the doll’s details. Absolutely recommend.
