Marvel Retro 6-inch Collection Black Widow Figure

Good looking figure.

I don’t have the 2 pack Mary Jane so this to me is still a unique facemold, and a really pretty one to. Figure is very basic but stays true to the original Black widow. Plus side the box came perfect and i will not be removing her from her case. Btw15$ is a perfect price for her not coming with a Build-a-fugure piece.

Ideal. Meant to be like Toybiz's Marvel Legends series, this of course surpasses it. Reuse of the Wasp body and the Mary Jane Watson head, gives customizers much needed fodder for future customs. Also great as Black Widow, stock.

This is another solid figure by Hasbro! I do not know if this figure is worth $20.00 since it did not come with a build a figure piece however. I waited until this figure went on sale through Amazon Prime then made the purchase with lightening fast shipping to add. This figure re-uses the ML Mary Jane head from the Spider-Man Homecoming Spider-Man/Mary Jane two pack Toys R Us exclusive pack. Pop this head off and use the Dark Phoenix powered down head from the Toys R US exclusive ML Cyclops/Dark Phoenix two pack which makes this figure look ten times better. I also gave my ML retro Black Widow some alternate fisted hands which I painted with Krylon Fusion Camouflage (..flat) Black. This figure has good articulation as do most of Hasbro's recent ML figures offerings. This female ML retro Black Widow figures lacks double jointed elbows and an ab crunch/upper torso that can go back further like the ML male action figures; as all female ML action figures lack at this time. Hasbro, if you are reading this or listening to fellow ML collectors gripe about these issues through blogs or YouTube? Overall, Hasbro has done a good job with this figure and the rest of their Marvel Legends action figures over the last three years.

These are great collectable figures! I left mine in the package--which is super cool being that it's VERY RETRO indeed! Walgreens was carrying them around Xmas for 20.00 but they didn't have BW. Even though I had to pay more than 20.00 for her it was worth it! They only made 5 characters I believe. Perhaps she was one of the characters they didn't make as many of, thus making the price higher.

The Retro Style and build on this figure took me back to my childhood in the early 80s and 90s. However, the quality of the facial expressions and paint is 300% better and anything that came out of that era.

The figure came in mostly great condition, but it seems like Hasbro might've stuck it in the box weird, since one of the legs was warped, even though Amazon packed it really well. The figure isn't really anything amazing, it comes with two pistols, a belt and wristbands accessories, otherwise it's just a standard black marvel legends female body with a head reused from the Mary Jane figure. The price of about $11 is acceptable, given that this is a bare bones figure.

Great for fodder if you make customs also a good classic representation
