Better experience than expected really happy with the phone.

Such a waste of money, my phone stopped detecting the sim card on and off, I was excited to get a Sony but maybe it's better just to get an iPhone

In a world of disappearing headphone jacks and screens with holes in them, Sony is still making phones for normal people.

I guess I just had an unfortunate experience with this otherwise excellent phone. To be fair, the problem was not with the phone but with the "service" that T-Mobile has in my area. What I related in my other comment was completely true: I could only make two calls before it stopped letting me make or receive any further calls. That is the reason why I had to return the phone.

Total waste of $1k. I used for less than 3 months. The last software upgrade just turned it to a brick. Buttons and touchscreen mostly unresponsive. No way to reboot because it does not respond to power button. No way to type text because keyboard won't launch. Settings app won't open. Launching other apps just randomly freeze with a black screen. And it comes with no warranty so I'm just left with a brick. Total frustration and total waste of $1k.

I've been using the phone for 3 days now and overall it's fine and the battery life is great and I love that it has a headphone jack AND a card reader but overall, because it's an international phone it's WAAAAYY slower on my network (metro by tmobile) it feels like being back on dial up internet sometimes. I really won't be able to endure this for long. I'm either going to return it or trade it in.

Ordered from them in November, received December 2nd and the device was faulty. It wont turn on. There was 0 help from them whatsoever and im sitting here 1 month later with a dead phone. I've never been more angry than I am now.
