I recently have started practicing Ayurveda, and the organic sesame oil was recommended for oil pulling. For starters, the bottle is huge! Great value for the price. The taste is mild, more like an after taste. I feel that my oral health has improved after using it for just a week.I am also using it for my abhyanga massage... it's divine. I would definitely purchase. It's a great quality oil and does the job.

Great product but I don't like the container.

I really like this oil. I use it after I shower. It does have a sesame scent that fades after application within a reasonable time. I don't find the scent overwhelming but it is a distinct scent. I put there oil in an empty pump bottle that used to have a essential oil based cleanser in it and added a bit of Orchid Temple's lavendar oil in it to have a pretty and relaxing scent. I read somewhere that adding lavendar oil to the sesame oil made a good night time moisturizer.I have issues with the skin under my breast becoming irritated and the sesame oil seems to be a Godsend for that.I was also recent diagnosed with psoriasis arthritis as well as psoriasis which this is supposed to help with.I've been using it for a short while but noticed a difference in my skin over night.

I only have good things to say about this oil! I use it every day, morning noon and night. Head to toe, religiously! I use it as a facial moisturizer as well as body. My skin looks better than it ever has (no breakouts!) and I'm noticeably softer! Colorado winters are DRY and this oil keeps me itch free. Plus I appreciate that it's organic! There's no lingering sesame odor that makes you feel like you pigged out on Chinese food, it absorbs nicely (no slimey residue left behind when you sit skin on something) and it feels heavenly when applied! I'm on my third 34 oz bottle, so I'd say I've been through enough of it to confidently recommend it. :)
