The item works very well. It came earlier than expected. Tracking this item was almost nonexistent after the first 2 updates; I did not even know the item had arrived to my address, since it was showing an update that was about 2 weeks old. If the company could use another shipper, then I wouldn't hesitate to buy through them in future.

I noticed over the past six months that my Apple later has not been functioning as well as it did when I first bought it. I have been very attentive to appropriate cleaning and maintenance. I’ve also found that it tends to grip better and or spin faster after a full charge. I decided to replace the head. This replacement had for my Braun epilator has brought it back to life and function 100% like it did when I first got it. I have a feeling that this will probably be required every six months or so. It is definitely worth the time and money. I have saved over the last six months using this device. I will definitely be ordering this particular replacement head long-term in the future.

Was about to buy a brand new device, but decided to give this a try. It works like new again.

So far so good. It worked very well out of the box, like a new one, so I hope it lasts. The Braun itself never made it 1 year and the warranty group takes forever to work around. If this lasts, I will forever just buy the heads!!!

I've had the Silk Epil 9 for maybe 3 or so years and even though I've never been inclined to regularly epliate EVERYTHING, I do use it on my armpits and (edges of) my bikini area. Get too close to the main event, and...just...no...But I'd been noticing decreased effectiveness, although the motor on it still works just fine and holds a charge for the expected amount of time. I was thinking maybe it's just time to replace it, but then I saw that replacement heads were available for $30 compared to $150 for new ones! Took a bit to arrive, though still faster than was estimated. And it's REVIRGINIZED. (If only that were actually a thing...). This head fits the 9 the same as original so if your epilator's feeling like you have to go over and over and it's just not as good as it used to be, throwing away just the head rather than the whole unit sits a lot easier with the conscience and the wallet.

Excellent! So I’ve dropped my epilator a few times on my ceramic floor, and I cracked a piece on the inside. I tried using it as it was, but it just wasn’t getting as many hairs as it used to. I typically buy a new epilator every 1-2 years, but I’m dumb... never even crossed my mind to look for a replacement part. Popped this on and I am impressed! And I saved a ton of money, too.

I bought this replacement head about 6 months ago, but it's not working as well as the original and is already leaving a lot of hair, even on a fresh charge. The edges rusted, which also didn't happen on the original head.

I purchased this replacement epilator head for my Braun Silk Epil 5 & 7 Epilators and while it fits and works with both, the head (as advertised, my bad) is extra-wide so neither of my covers (or whatever you call the part that goes on top of the epilator head) works with it.I've been using the extra-wide epilator head with my Braun Silk Epil 5 without a cover & it works just fine, but is a little messier as the hair doesn't collect in the cover.
