KCT 16AWG Gauge Speaker Cable Speaker Wire 100Feet Black

I had two needs for speaker wire: 1, it had to be black and nice in appearance, and 2, it needed to be flexible so it does not "stick out" as it goes around a corner. This wire is great on both counts! The feel is very high quality as well. Highly recommended.

Careful listeners could easily discern the difference between mass market garbage and good sound. The same LP's sounded much closer to live music when played on special equipment.We were told that special wires were required to connect anplifiers to speakers, so we spent a lot on wiresToday most music begins as digital and is often sent wirelessly to powered speakers. Whether it sounds as good most of us can't know because our hearing has deteriorated and we can no longer devote a large room to listening.Nevertheless we still have large CD collections to enjoy on decent acoustic speakers in smaller rooms. For such as we this wire suffices. We might use lamp cord, but this at least looks sturdier, can be cut to length and should make a good connection. At 20 cents a foot it should be OK

Quick, easy

Added some speakers to the basement that the ceilings was painted black. I did not need to paint the wires and the Boss speakers sound great.
