Anabar Protein Bar, The Protein-Packed Candy Bar, Amazing Tasting Protein Bar, High Protein, 20g of Protein (12 Bars, White Chocolate Cookies & Creme)

So so delicious. It gives you a great sweet fix and solid amount of protein. My new favorite bar. I've tried so many. This is the highest sugar I'll have but it's worth it.

Caution: these bars are addicting. Had an issue with one of the boxes I received but Anabar resolved the issue by sending a replacement. Great customer service and even better product, cannot recommend enough.

Craving a s'more but lacking the campfire? I decided to try this Anabar protein bar in the "Milk Chocolate Campfire S'mores" flavor. At nearly $1.40 an ounce, it wasn't cheap, but it promised a protein-packed candy bar experience.The bar arrived and tore open easily. Inside, the milk chocolate coating looked inviting. Taking a bite, the chocolate had a decent snap, and the texture was smooth. Underneath the chocolate was a graham cracker-like crust, which added a nice crunch.Now for the key question - did it taste like a s'more? The flavor was there - milk chocolate, graham cracker, and a hint of marshmallow. However, it wasn't overly sweet, and the marshmallow flavor was subtle. It was more like a chocolate bar with graham cracker bits and a vague marshmallow aftertaste.Overall, the Anabar wasn't a bad alternative for a s'mores craving. The texture was good, and the protein content might be appealing to some. However, the price tag was high, and the flavor, while decent, wasn't a perfect s'more replica. If you're looking for a more affordable, traditional s'more experience, you might be better off with the real deal.

I'm not a 'protein bar' guy or a health food person in general. I don't care about carbs or sugars or macros. I just wanted something tasty and protein packed in my backpack for when I skip lunch or breakfast, that didn't taste like garbage health food for protein bar guys trying to hit their macros.I tried one of Anabar's variety packs on a recommendation and they were all edible but just 'okay'. They are not like candy bars. More like big, dense, chewy granola bars kinda with various flavorings. The bars are noticeably peanut-butter based and the chocolate kept melting even at normal temperatures, but they did work great. I had energy and didn't feel hungry .Got a box of Death by Peanut Butter and couldn't be happier. They don't get melty easily like the chocolate ones and they have a nice sweetened peanut butter taste. It feels like what Anabar is supposed to be.Could be sweeter. Going to watch for that PB&J flavor to come back. The marshmallows in some of the ones in the variety pack helped the texture a lot, so some of those in a bar with the peanut butter coating would be nice.

I usually love the products from this company but trying this flavor, never again the taste is great if you can manage to take a bite without breaking a tooth, I don’t understand what’s different about this one but I genuinely hurt my teeth biting into it

I thought the fruity cereal one was very good but the s’mores one tastes generic and bland in comparison

I love the flavor of these bars but the consistency of the texture is not great. This box of bars was very very hard. Like eating a rock. I haven’t been able to eat one of them all the way without my teeth hurting. :(

I absolutely love these bars. Only had a problem with one batch being hard and seemingly old, they immediately resolved it and sent me a new box. Great product and a great company.
