Lovely tree
Easy to set up , then just plug it in . The quality of the tree is great , the branch size fitted well with the space I had for the tree. The light soft lighting is so pretty & the hight was just what I was after for the space I had for the tree. I’d love to find a 6 ft version of the same Tree for my lounge

Beautiful
This tree is so beautiful and my photograph doesn't do it justice. It is very pretty and gives off a lot of light. The base is heavy and the light in the base makes it look extra special. It was worth every penny spent.

Lovely little tree
I liked the fact I could just unbox this, pull the branches into place, plug it in and it was all ready to go.I'm someone who does not like decorating a tree so this was the perfect tree for me. It's a great size too as I live in a flat. Yes I have used one of my toddlers chair to give it a little height but I think the tree looks fab! Definitely recommend.

Delightful small tree
I'm glad I bought it before I thought to check all the one-star reviews, as they would have surely put me off. It's a really nice-looking little tree, seems well built, and is just the right size for a table-top or where space is limited. It comes pre-assembled. Straight out of the box the branches are all folded close around the trunk. Simply bend them outwards, working from bottom to top, and it's in great shape in a few minutes. My photo doesn't do it justice, probably due to the dim lighting in my room. I've since ordered a small star for the top, and a bunch of gold mini-baubles to adorn it further. The base feels good and solid as well. All the lights are working. The pinecones and red berries are a nice touch.Recommended.

Worth every penny!
Let's try and get this lovely tree up past 3.5 stars already! Some of the complaints I've read here in some of the less favourable reviews mention that the transformer was hidden in the base. Yes this is true, but if you examine the opaque windows on the base you'll notice that each of the four panels are held in by four tiny screws. Now, as I occasionally tinker with PC components I did have a screwdriver small enough to unscrew these but even for those who aren't PC modders/DIY'rs, it's not out of the realms of possibility that you'll have a screwdriver small enough to use (Tesco even sell a small toolkit for a fiver I think, that matches the one I have).Anyway, these little windows were simple to remove and the transformer was easy to get at and push straight out of the top of the base (then unwind, as it's slightly wrapped). One thing I did was to remove all the panels and give them a bit of wipe down with a damp cloth as they seemed to have some fingerprints (even on the inside). It probably wouldn't have made much difference had I not cleaned them but it's just the clean freak in me etc. It's a lovely-looking tree, solidly put together and only lost about 8 of those tiny bristles when straightening out the branches, so that's better than previous trees we've had. The power lead is long, and in a sensible move they've made it so the cord can be separated from the plug. This way, you can unplug the cord and feed it out the top of the base when first setting it up, then just reattach it again afterwards. That's not what I did myself though as I only noticed this 'feature' later on. So, just a tip.The lights are a warm and friendly tone, reminiscent of tungsten bulbs and they throw out quite a lot of light though it would have been nice to have a dimmer feature. The cones and berries are excellent, very realistic and not el cheapo so I was very pleased to see that. In all it's a handsome little tree and as such just have it in the bedroom now, though it could easily be used in a main living room of a small home (we have a 1-bed bungalow with an even smaller tree in the living room!).Cons:The paint on the base looked a bit slap-dash and some of it had made its way onto one of the panels. I sanded that excess paint off and it looks fine - though I now point that side towards the wall, again it probably doesn't matter as the light coming from the base hides any blemishes anyway. So for me, the only real con was the paint could have been a bit more carefully applied (but there again it still looked surprisingly good!). Heck, if you felt so inclined it would probably be very easy to decorate the base if you wanted. Also, I can appreciate that not everyone would have a screwdriver small enough to remove the panels. Just two little cons then..!Very glad I bought it, and it looks and feels like it'll last a very long time. Instantly helped bring a lot more of the festive spirit into the home :)
