They should work ok. Just look at the double sided tape location. I had to peel it off and put new tape on the other side so it would not block the LED's.

Q: Do i need extra wire? or a fuse adapter? or can i just connect to positive and negative on battery?

These will connect directly to 12v battery and any common ground. Do not expect them to last more than a few weeks. After all, these are Chinese-built with little to no quality control over their manufacturer.
