I love this keyboard
The media could not be loaded. My review is based off the red linear switches. First of all, this keyboard has an excellent sound that I really like. When compared to my MacBook keyboard, it is leagues beyond. It is very smooth, and rather than my MacBook keyboard, it sounds satisfying. I also like how I can remove the keycaps and see the switches underneath. I don't use the adjustable feet often, but it can be useful. Although the keyboard is made of mostly plastic, it doesn't feel cheap, and comes in a nice texture/look. For $75 USD, this keyboard is amazing.

You Don't Need To Mod This Keyboard
This thing is amazing right out of the box. I was looking for something i would still be able to program macros and such on using linux and the VIA software is a simple web interface that lets me do just that. Not as for the board itself keep in mind the casing *is* made entirely of plastic but it's very high quality. The keyboard is fairly hefty for it's size and doesn't slide around on my desk. You can do all manner of mod to the board but honestly i don't need to. With the k pro brown switches it both feels and sounds amazing. I don't love the keycap profile/colors but they get the job done until I can get around to swapping them out.Typing and gamin experience with this has been fantastic.for $100 you get a board you don't need to mod, but can if you so choose that is wonderful and I expect will last me many, many years.

its a good starter keyboard. easy to take apart and fiddle with. sounds good stock. no issues with any programing or keys sticking and the switches are good.

Mostly very good, but had to return
This keyboard is very well constructed. It feels very solid, and it weighs a lot more than I expected. The lighting feature is very nice - it has a whole bunch of different modes you can toggle through, and the lights themselves seem very high quality. The key presses are crisp and responsive. I've always used Logitech rubber dome keyboards until now, and by comparison this keyboard sounds a bit more clacky, but it's not unpleasant. I could easily get used to it.What I couldn't get used to was the fact that the keys take just a little bit more force to press than my other keyboards. I have minor wrist pain occasionally in one of my wrists, and 15 minutes of typing on this keyboard started to make my fingertips tingle and wrist hurt slightly in that hand. The keys also sit slightly higher above the desk than I'm used to, and they are more prominent than a regular non-mechanical keyboard. I think that's probably just standard for a mechanical keyboard, but a wrist rest might be advisable for people making the switch.

Excellent Compact Keyboard with Impressive Typing Feel and Aesthetic Design
I've previously used the Keychron V5 and was very satisfied with its key typing experience. When I found the more compact Keychron V1 for a slightly lower price, I didn't hesitate to purchase it.Firstly, I chose the brown switches, and the key typing is just as phenomenal as I expected. The keys are perfectly laid out, enhancing my productivity. It's not too heavy, making it portable, which is a great plus. Despite V1MAX being the wireless version, I opted for the V1 due to its translucent design. In the end, the wired connection turned out to be more stable, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with both the aesthetics and performance. One of the standout features for me was the evolution of the VIA web version. It made the setup incredibly easy, just plug and play. Additionally, I could utilize the Keychron Launcher web app, which added great value to the overall experience. The only regret I have is opting for the version without the knob. If you're focused on productivity, spending a bit more for the knob version is worthwhile. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a compact yet efficient mechanical keyboard.

Nicely done, super happy with the keyboard
Bought this to be my travel to the office keyboard, my third mechanical, first without a number pad and first VIA and QMK.The brown switches are very nice, I still like my Glorious Pandas better, but these are nice and poppy feeling without being clicky. The keycaps have a quality feel and aid the sound and feel, the case seems well insulated and had a very premium weight and over all finish. Based on this one board I would definitely pick up another Keychron in the future and recommend it to others

Pushing past it's price
This is one great keyboard. I initially bought it to replace a cheap office keyboard. But it's giving my 300$ custom keyboard a run for it's money.I got the red switches and the smoothness is on par with my zealios V2 65gm if not better. Which is insane considering how expensive the latter is. The stabs are lubed in the factory but the spacebar and enter key had a very slight rattle that I fixed with some dielectric grease. This usually isn't an issue but I am very picky on that. The PCB looks high quality and of course supports QMK which is a major requirement for me. For the first time you need to reboot while holding the VIA button for qmk to detect it which is kinda wierd and not that intuitive. The key caps are straight up better that the ducky pbt's on my home KeyBoard.Yes there is no shine though but I'd much prefer that over Lower quality swiches and capsThe only negative is the plastic case, its not too bad but it doesn't feel as high quality as the rest of the keyboard.
