I got this because Ashwagandha is part of my routine I take daily. At night before bed to be specific. It is arguably the oldest supplement in the world behind turmeric. It has been used literally for thousands of years to treat anything and everything. And even today it still has been credited with 'helping' with many ailments including cancer. Now my passion is skin care and supplements and I try to stay in the know with the latest studies with supplements. Ashwagandha has a ton of them. I have never seen one say anything negative about it. I have seen a few that said no effect but on the other hand I have seen hundreds citing improvement. And that's why I take it. It appears to have to have the potential to help/cure so many things I consider it a must have in your regimen.What I like about this brand is they only used Ashwagandha and black pepper to help with absorption. So many other brands are mixing this with other supplements which comes at a cost of less mgs of the actual Ashwagandha. For me two of these caps will get me where I want to be. And at two caps this is a two month supply. I really don't notice anything when I take these. They are credited for less stress and calming and that's why I take them before bed. Perhaps they do and I am sleeping better but don't realize it ? For me this is a faith supplement as I trust it's doing good. These caps are easy to take and I had no sides. Made in the USA too which means less exposure to heavy metals and toxins. I am glad I got this and hope this was helpful.

I use Ashwaganda on a regular basis before I go to bed. It helps me relax and fall asleep. A lot of Ashwaganda products come with additional ingredients like vitamin D that I do not wish to have so this is great that these capsules only come with a little bit of pepper for better absorption. I had heard great benefits from this all natural organic supplement, and have now witnessed my own benefits from incorporating it into my diet.Upon trying Ashwagandha for the first time, I was shocked to notice an improvement in my stress levels. I felt more calm and relaxed throughout the day, and was immediately impressed. With this, it is also a mood enhancer, giving you a better feeling overall throughout your day.If you are someone who deals with stress, anxiety or just feels sluggish at times… I would highly recommend trying this all natural Ashwagandha.The only thing worth noting is that one serving is three capsules, which gives you 2,100 mg. Other comparable products on the market range in their concentrate, especially when you consider that one serving of this product requires three capsules.That being said, my only wish is that the serving size could be a single capsule, with the same dosage of milligrams. Otherwise if you need a second serving, you are taking six pills, which will easily deplete the bottle.Other than that, I think this is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone!

The suggested dose is three capsules, which is a 40-day supply for about $0.32 a day.It appears the two main ingredients are Ashwagandha and Black Pepper. There seems to be a blend of two types of Ashwagandha powders, each containing 1,050 mg for a total of 2,100 mg. The price is relatively competitive compared to similar products containing an equivalent daily dose.While I think or feel my relaxation and mood may have slightly improved while taking this, I can’t say with any certainty it is the result of this product.For me, it’s not producing any miracles but it seems like a decent supplement that I might consider purchasing this product in the future.

I like to keep some ashwagandha on hand for when I'm feeling stressed. It really does help and gives me more focus and a feeling of being in control. That being said, I was pleased to see this brand with 2100 mg of Ashwagandha along with black pepper extract for improved absorption. The capsules are normal size and easy to swallow, and I also like that it is vegan and non GMO. Three capsules are a serving size and that is fairly common among supplements, but do be aware that you should take 3 a day to get the benefits. I think it's a good product at a reasonable price.

I ordered these to help me relax at night. I use a lower dose anywhere from 500 mg to 750 mg, just to take the edge off so I can sleep. I had an issue with high cortisol and have been using natural supplements to help my body process stress. I really like that I only need one capsule of this so it will last me a while.

I’ve been interested in trying ashwagandha pill for a while but haven’t don’t it until now. These pills have exactly what I was looking for in them, the ashwaghanda extract along with the black pepper powder. I am not a DR so I’m not going to try and list the health benefits of these pills, but a quick Google search will help you very much. So far these pills seem to be doing exactly what I’ve wanted them to do, as far as helping me to feel calm throughout the day. I would recommend Safrel brand Ashwagandha!
