This is NOT EXECUTIVE CHAIR. It is just an office chair. SThe photos make it look like a good quality Executive Chair. But in reality it is not.If you are looking for a cheap office chair then this is OK.I did not buy it for its price. It looked very good and comfortable in the pictures.Within 24 hours of the installation by the technician, I contacted the co and the Customer Service Executive called Shweta informed me that at this price you can only get this quality.I informed her that I don't mind paying a higher price if I can get a better quality chair since I had a higher budget.She said it was not possible.When I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager, she said that it was not possible.I informed her that I would have to give my honest opinion on Amazon review and it would possibly be negative.Shweta replied that it was my choice and I could go ahead with a Negative Review.If you want good quality then look for other options.But if you want a cheap chair then you can buy it.

Comfortable office chair, but the Leg rest is almost useless.. There is a good chance you will tumble over if used the leg rest... Other than the foot rest, we liked all other features of this chair..The chair we ordered first came without the screws and bolts, ordered a replacement and that was good.... Got it on good sale with a 6k coupon.. thanks to amazon

My doctor adviced me to use for my office purpose one good chair with lumbar support as I am having spine related issues as I sit for a long time in chair to attend work.Having verified in Amazon I opted to go for this product. My selection is good as it is executive class chair with stupendous quality of appearance, sturdy builtwise and comfort while using it and further very useful for lifting the feet by using the pad provided beneath the chair which makes me completely relaxed while in it's usage. The quality of the material is very good and easy to adjust the level set with ease at our convenience. In all respects the product quality and it's performance is excellent and amazing,so I am very much impressed and satisfied with the product.I Sincerely thank Amazon for providing this kind of quality products from them and I am very much impressed with the staff for following up by attending my phone calls and complete my wish on that day to get it delivered as I felt sentimental and auspicious day for me to get it. I never forget that day how you people acted upon, and also the staff at retailer source for their support and also sent boy to fix up the chair at my place and to get my wish fulfilled on the day of Ganesh chaturthi. One can go for it without any hesitation.

Poor Quality. Did not survive for 6 months. The Leather broke out, the armrest spread, the wheels no longer works. Overall - I could have purchased two chairs at the cost of one and still would have been using atleast one of them. Not Worth 11k INR.

The chair is mostly comfortable. But the packaging did miss out on the cover for the hydraulic lift. The instructional video for assembling the chair has a couple of inaccuracies but nothing that could affect the assembly seriously. Expect a bit of creaking while using the chair but nothing out of the ordinary.
