Decent
Good product. A little difficult to install but also chickens were fighting me. One installed and worked good but ended up confining the aggressive chicken in a dog crate for a couple weeks and solved problem.

Works as should
Works well. A little hard to get in on some of them but no big deal it works well. Stopped my 1 hen that was doing it from eating the eggs in the nesting box.

Junk/ waste of money
Junk! Took longer to put on than it took for a hen to remove it. Breaks easily. Shipping took a month to arrive even though it said within a week. DON'T WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE.

Took us longer to put on chicken than it took hen to remove it
We had a bully hen, she picks in our other girls to the point they were hiding out in the coop all day for safety. Another person told us about this product. We read directions and watched video then carefully used provided tool to put device on the hen. She wandered a bit like she couldn't see them darted into the coop, shook her head vigorously and the peeper fell off. We tried again. So did she. Wasted money. We put a divider in our chicken coop for a while and eventually they all learned to get along.

Worked well
A bit of a learning curve to installing them but they did work to reduce picking and stayed on until I removed them.
