Q: Is the height adjustable or it is fixed to 157 cm?

Its fixed that tall & at that angle. I wish I could adjust the angle but you can't adjust anything about it.

Q: @seller thi is a Christmas gift. We took the keys out during assembly, and the door is locked. The keys are not unlocking it. How do we get this open?

Q: What’s the measurements for the necklace area? How long of a necklace can you put in it?

On the (mirror door side) inside is 26" from top hook from the middle of the door. There is a rung above that for bracelets but you could hang necklaces and that's about 32.5". On the other side, I hang mine on the rounded black hooks and that's about 20.5" or so. There's other places to hang more but would be less than 20".

Q: Where is the key for this thing? I just unboxed and it is locked. I’m assuming instructions are inside too. Key cannot be located anywhere in package.

Mine were in the lock. Perhaps missing.
