Gutermann’s thread is a staple for home sewers. It’s high quality means even stitching and durable seams. Threading the sewing machine is easier. The thread comes in a wide spectrum of colors. It also comes in cotton or polyester.

This is fantastic quality thread. I use this brand for most of my sewing projects. It’s a nice shade of gold.

No longer made in Germany as is claimed.
Disappointed. This thread is visibly thinner than my previous spool. It will not look the same on my project. All the numbers were the same. Label claims made in US. Box also stated Mexico. After googling Gutermann thread, I’ve learned many have had issues using the thread made in Mexico. Beware.
