Battery flawed and design flawed
Battery is supposed to have a 36km range… barely does half of that. Key goes in the bottom which makes no sense, it gets damaged and bent. Cannot use bike to cycle so if the battery dies it is unridable.

Supplied with European plug
Bike is good but had to buy an electric adapter as it is supplied with a European plug. If shipping to the UK I would expect a UK plug to be the standard. A small but important error.

good value starter bike
quick delivery good packaging great customer service if you contact them. The bike for me the only downs on this bike is the suspension .you feel every bump , full electric mode and hills really drains the battery so i would leave it on assist mode or buy a second battery for it .Having said that happy with the purchase and would recommend it . my area is super hilly and probably above 25degrees full electric struggles but can do it assist mode is super easy ;-)
