Husband was ok with it but he fount it rather thick when using the full scoop in 350ml of water so I am going to try half a scoop, taste was good otherwise and easy to dissolve in water

I love this protein powder. A really nice chocolatey taste which is slightly sweet but not at all sickly. The texture is nice and smooth too, unlike a lot of other vegan protein powders. This is really versatile and I have used it for shakes, smoothies and baking. The amino acid profile is really impressive too because of the blend of proteins used. Highly recommended!

I ordered this as it was on offer and the same ingredients as the bulk one (minus the stevia) which I've purchased multiple times so I know how the ingredients taste.This apparently has sucralose in it as a artificial sweetener, I don't know how I missed that.(didn't realise until after I had used it twice) I avoid those type at all costs especially this one that apparently can cause leaky gut and kill off your good gut bacteria and science direct has this description of it "Sucralose is derived from sugar through a multi-step manufacturing process that selectively substitutes three atoms of chlorine for three hydroxyl groups on the sugar molecule. This change produces a sweetener that has no calories, yet is 600 times sweeter than sucrose."This protein powder wasn't sweet at all so maybe there is very little in it.As the title of this review says this smelt odd and tasted sour.This was after blending with a banana 1 date and almonds. Left with a sour taste for the entire day. Tried again with different ingredients in case it was the almonds same result. Won't be using again.

My husband 'MegaVegan' is a lifelong vegan of 67 years, he's been training since 1969, and he's a Sports Ambassador for Veganuary, so he knows a bit about plant-based protein shakes and meal replacements. This chocolate-silk MRP is one of his favourite vegan sports products. If that's not proof enough, my take on this is equally if not more effusive.The macro' profile speaks for itself. In terms of nutrition, it's simply incomparable. You simply can't cook a meal this healthy or nutritious.In terms of texture and flavour: first shake, I thought, yes; this is quite nice. (It mixes perfectly in a hand-held shaker, and in water, btw. I use warm water to bring out the flavour.) It wasn't until the second and third shake that my taste buds seemed to understand how exceptional this flavour actually is.The taste is subtle and sophisticated, so much so that you don't pick up all the flavour nuances immediately. But I can assure you, after a couple of shakes, you'll adore this MRP.Incidentally, both of us like to make shakes with as little water as scientifically possible in order to produce a thick, substantial drink. The Protein Works' Vegan Diet MRP needs very little water to mix thoroughly (even in a hand-held shaker!) - another sign that this is a truly high-quality product.Congratulations, Protein Works. This product deserves an award.
