Good camp blanket.
Right first of, this blanket has 55%wool, it's not pure wool!Ask any Bushcraft or camping enthusiast and they will tell you 25-26 quid does not a wool blanket get you lol. Think 100-150 quid for that level of luxury.Ok, this blanket. For the money it's pretty good value, plenty big enough, warm enough for in my hammock.Recommend a short cool wash and a good hang outside for a few hours on the washing line as it really improves this blanket no end as it's a bit scratchy, dusty and miffy. If your just want a blanket for around camp it's fine.

So heavy and warm
These blankets are so warm and heavy, so if you need to cover yourself in a thick woollen blanket of warmth, look no further.They probably aren't the most pretty of blankets nor the best thing to put against bare skin, but as a topper to a sleeping bag in cold nights, it will keep you lovely and snugly warm.Essential for all UK camping trips

Good to have a couple of thick wool blankets around the home for cold weather etc. Cheap and good. *dry clean only*

brilliant and bigger than stated
Great material. Seams are strong. Leave to air for a few hours as the wool mells a bit strong. Its also a lot bigger than the dimensions say. Mines nearly 6x5ft

It is a good Blanket but the touch is not as soft as others, at first it seems that you don't get warm as other blankets but it is just a feeling after a while you will not feel cold. By the way, it is quite heavy.

Not heavy, smells peculiar, dry clean only, 55% wool claimed, 5% blended "fibers", 40% unknown fibre
Description of item said 40% wool, but label says 55%. So that's good. No idea what the missing 40% is, which is a bit irksome. Being dry clean only is very irritating. Also it has a strange smell, which even an afternoon on the washing line outside hasn't shaken off. Smells like it has been stored in a fuel depot. The label also says that it is a heavy blanket, it isn't. It's a lot thinner than a proper military blanket. Disappointed. Won't be buying another one of these, back to looking for a genuine army blanket.
