Three stacking baskets, easy to top the water up. Works well.

Good quality. Can fit a good amount of food in each section. Steams food really well. Only downside is, after a few months, the timer now gets stuck when it has a few minutes left so have to put a separate timer on so it doesn't overcook.

I use it to steam food for my 6 month old to purée and it works really well. It’s easy to use and clean. It has a list of different foods and how long it would take to steam them in the instructions, which is really helpful.Happy with my purchase.

I thought I won’t be using it as much as I do now so I must really like it!Initially it felt big and clumsy and the base too plasticky and cheap looking. (Compared to heavy vitamix and extremely heavy Champion juicer). But it’s lightweight and easy to tidy away!I tried using all 3 baskets and it seemed like too much hassle, too many items to clean, they have different sizes for easy storing to slot into each other but that can become inconvenience when I finish something unexpectedly sooner at the bottom the second tray doesn’t fit into the base and I have to swap the baskets mid cooking to have the specifically designed first basket in and then number 2 and 3. I do place the slowest cooking stuff lower but in theory it doesn’t always work perfectly time wise.But that’s before I got the hang of it and still learning timings based on my cutting style.So now I am actually really happy that I bought it. I mostly cook for one or sometimes two. I like fresh food and I am not keen on making massive pots of soup and reheating. I prefer everything having texture rather than being overcooked. With steamer it’s a breeze.The trays are lightweight plastic but not the rattling type, more like soft plastic, they don’t crack when dropped. I normally have warm veg salads with quinoa done in under 25mins, often even less.Love it and would buy it again. I would love it even more though if the baskets were interchangeable (same size) but yes then it wouldn’t be as compact for the storage.

Brilliant steamer. Does everything you want a steamer to do. Nice big baskets to fit enough food for many people. Would definitely buy again.

I've read a number of reviews with some issues raised but I haven't encountered any similar issues so far.Some say the unit doesn't fit together well and the steam baskets slide about. Not on mine they don't. The baskets are quite well secured. Admittedly you have to make sure they're in the right order but after that they take very little effort or time to ensure they are secure.Some say the baskets are cheap plastic. Time will tell but as I see it, a little flexibility is a good thing. This should prevent cracking which is what happened to my previous steamer.Some say the units stains easily if you're steaming carrots or other items with a strong colour. Yep, looks like the stock collection tray is going to stain. Does it affect the performance - no it doesn't. Is this something that is common to most steamers? This is my third steamer and they have all stained.I like this steamer, it does what I want. Baskets are dishwasher proof, it's easy to use, easy to store. Stock collects in a separate container. What more do you want? Bell could be louder if I'm being picky.Good steamer.
