I have been on these alongside the rasberry ketones and the detoxyn for about 1 week and a half now and I can honestly say that all three combined work amazingly. I bought it two weeks ago and I'm pleasantly surprised!! I didn't think that can help to me to lose weight, is my frist exprience taking some capsules for help me to do it. Before I star was doing diet and workout, but didn't see any changes. After start take this capsules I lost 2 kg! I continue my diet and workout, but some times (once a week) I can eat pizza o burguers and I still continue losing weight. My workout are not very strong, 20 min HIIT and others days 30 min cardio. I think I can not lose much more weight because I'm right now 50 kg. I take just one capsule per day in the morning and I feel more active in the day and my sleep is much better, but I change my morningn coffe for decafeinated and dont take more extra caffeine in the day. I feel more happies since I'm taking this capsules, maybe by tyrosine, who make me have more dopamine in my brain :) I'm really happy with this product recomended buy it if you wanna lose some weight but must be commited to do a good diet and regular workout. They worked for curving my hunger from day one. Which was great.However, the amount of caffeine is way too high so ultimately they are very bad for you. Also from day one, I was extremely dizzy and felt nauseous. This did settle after a few days, but still not good.I have fibromyalgia so I lack energy all throughout the day everyday - nothing really helps. I was hoping these would after reading some reviews saying it gave them a burst of energy. Sadly these did not do that for me at all. I would assume that it’s the caffeine doing that? I have never found caffeine does anything at all for me in terms of energy or keeping me awake. So it’s not surprising this did not give me any energy if caffeine is the reason.Just remember everyone is different.I will finish the pack as it is helping with hunger, but won’t be reordering as overall they are not worth it for me.

This is my experience I had with this product.I bought this with my own money because it had good reviews and I wanted to loose some weight. I started on the 6/4/18 with one tablet in the morning and at 86kg. First thing I noticed at around 11 am was dizzyness,and lightheaded then at night bad headache and i dnt sleep the whole night at all😩😩. Next day I thought this is because I am not a caffein person and this is the caffeine kicking in so mybe it will go away. Today is the 17/4/18 and I have decided to stop it had enough of it and its not worth going through this. on day three I started itching all over my body my ankle had a slight swell to it, my mood was up always shouting and getting angry quickly,no sleep at night at all amWide awake tossing and turning. Now I dint change anything in my diet and I weight my self today and am 85kg. I have however found out that I dnt feel hungry very much and even thought I was eating normal. Food dint interest me like it used to before. I would have liked toContinue with this just to see how it goes but the side effects are way tooMuch forMe to handle It.
