Fantastic value for money. It helps that the flavour tastes just as good as wet, just made hor fun. In fact, I may well use this exclusively instead of visiting a Chinese supermarket for fresh hor fun as this obviously keeps better as it is dried.Instructions are concise and informative. The noodles can be fried or soup based depending on preference, and equally flavoursome.

Great quality and price! These noodles are tasty and easy to seperate when removing from the packet (which isnt always the case!)! Much cheaper to get these than going to the supermarket! Definitely recommend if you're wanting thin rice noodles!

Quick cooking rice noodles that make dinner a cinch! Whether you're making a sizzling Asian stirfry or a creamy gluten-free linguini dish, this will suit either equally well! Don't overcook or it'll get mushy (as with any noodles) and do salt the water you soak them in (missing instruction on the lable) and you'll have a meal in no time. I stir some pesto through these, add halved cherry tomatoes and a handful of cashews, and have a meat free Monday dish in 5 minutes flat! Very happy to have bought these in bulk!

Best to use for thai or stir-fry-style dishes so see why other reviewer had probs.. These are the flat, wide (under 5mm) rice noodles seen in many thai dishes. Soak in bowl of hot water for 90 secs then rinse in cold water, drain and toss with some sesame oil. Stir fry chicken, veg etc, with whatever you fancy, soy sauce, chilli, garlic etc. Add noodles, leave to almost catch on bottom, add whatever seasoning you like. Stir fry. Can also be used in soups and salads. Gluten free as well. Love these and often a part of midweek dinners.. Shame they get put in the same category as pot noodle, super noodle etc, as these are vastly superior and are better for actual meals. Underrated.

These are the most easy noodles I've ever tried. They are already portioned up which means no broken bits of noodle flying all over the place like other packs. After a quick soak they are lovely for cold noodle salads or with chicken noodle soup. We always have some of these in our cupboards.
