Another high quality prodcut from Sevenhills. Vanilla custard tasting? and very pleasing flavour. Mixes well with smoothies and adding to cereals. A very fine powder that blends excellently adding flavour and a slight thickening consistency. Suggests that can be added to cake mixture but not tried yet, may do so soon. Will contiune to buy as it has so many reported health benefits. Highly recommended

Healthy and tasty nothing to dislike

I used to eat a lot of lucuma with my Dad back in Chile. I love it! This powder has a good taste and it is really useful in kitchen to made a lof of deserts, smothies and my preferred: lucuma pie. I prefer this brand because the product is from Peru, and they have a high quality of Lucumas. I can recomend this product.

Really enjoy the subtle caramel flavour which the Lucuma imparts to baking. I am trying to find ways to 'infuse' into cream / custard bases as it does not dissolve well and you can be left with a grainy texture on your tongue.It's a work in progress for me - but I can't fault the product so far - just 'user error.' As it is such a specialist item, I think that Sevenhills could add value to their product by providing a quick recipe for their customer.

This is an excellent natural sweetener and great for sprinkling over your cereal if you prefer your breakfast with a little sweetness. It has a slight brown sugar taste about it, but I like that. I believe it has other health benefits, which I haven't taken much note of as I was mainly after the sweetening quantities. I haven't tried cooking with it, though, just used it as is over cereal and yogurt.

I love the taste of lucuma powder and put it in my overnight oats.It gives the oats a lovely flavour and I use a tablespoon (but maybe experiment with it, to see what you like), but I also use maple syrup and personally I love the taste of maple syrup with lucuma powder.It does need to get stirred in, as its a little difficult to mix, but it eventually will mix in.

the best quality product in the world as i am used to with this brand 4 a couple of years from now ...all their superfoods (raw caco, carob, pollen, guarana, maca, spirulina powder/tabs, goji, n so on) R 5* N much more beyond

Bought it to make low carb iced cream instead of using Stevia for cheat days. Only use 10-15 grams. Along with the sweetness of vanilla bean paste and extract flavouring, It gives a light sweetness to 300ml cream. Enough to satisfy my dessert craving.
