Fantastic!
What a great bit of kit, heavy and chunky, it makes what ever size thickness burgers you want.This is so simple to use, just decide how thick you want the burger to be by using the thread on the screw mechanism and then just press down with the button on top of it to make the easiest burgers you'll ever make (use wax disks to stop sticking) and that's it!You can make as many patties as you'll ever need and it's even easy to clean.I've had mine for a while now and I can say it is still as good as new.It's rugged and durable you really cannot go wrong with this bit of fun.

Brilliant. Utterly brilliant.
I love making my own burgers and in the last 5 years I have gone through umpteen burger presses, all made from a wide variety of materials, but all of which have broken after just one season's use. This baby is built like a battleship and I have no doubt will last for a very long time to come. Typical USA build quality and a simple design that works. Used for the first time today and produced 40 fabulous 3/4" thick burgers in no time at all, all of which stayed tightly packed on the Grill and the whole party loved them. Brought the press out to show my guests and was the talking point of the night. I'm sure a few of my guests will be getting one of these in the coming weeks!Observations: 1. The press needed a really good wash when it arrived - there seemed to be lots of loose flashing/non-stick coating flakes in the plastic bag. 2. Use wax discs on the base AND the top, which eliminates messy clean up, but it breaks down for cleaning and reassembles quickly and easily.None of the above detract from what a truly fabulous product this is. If you want to make your own burgers on a regular basis that have a consistent diameter, thickness and density - THIS is the product you need.

Fantastic!
I bought a cheaper, plastic burger press about 6 weeks ago for use in a commercial kitchen and after just a few uses it developed a crack down the middle which made it unusable. After looking around for quite a while, I then found this little gem and it's made life SO much easier. It seems to be really well made and I found it easy to clean as well (I used an over sized piece of greaseproof paper on the top and bottom of the burger). It adjusts to the size you want to make your burger very easily. Can't rate it any higher.Would say that if you're looking for something for domestic use, get the single version (unless you've got a family like the Waltons!)

I was pleased with the quality of this item. It is fairly heavy and the settings for thickness of a burger are easily changed. We have made some fantastic burgers using this press. It is a quality item that can be used over and over again.

Burger Press
I am somewhat surprised by the other reviews for this product, unfortunately for me I purchased it based on them. What with the reviews and the cost of the item I thought I'd be getting the Rolls Royce of Burger Presses.Yes it is heavy and feels well made and I like the way you can adjust the thickness of the burgers. I suppose if you are making an entire summers supply of burgers in one go, other than the cost it's pretty good. If however you make the ocasional couple when you come in from work, then this is not for you...To clean it properly you've got to take it to bits, meat gets caught up behind the press plate and the only way to get at it is to take it to bits. (Oh and before anyone moans yes I was using the cellophane disks!) You can't dishwash it, because it takes the non stick off, once that starts to happen, unless you can get all the non stick off you start finding bits of non stick in your burgers (yummy). I think that covers it, mine went to the charity shop a couple of months ago (and it's still in the window!! that says it all). I purchased another for £4 (opposite end of the spectrum!!) and it's fine.. (As it should be, it's only pressing meat together!!)

Awesome Burgers
I made 5 oz Burgers, and they came out perfect. All you need is a good recipe, some burger patty Paper and a scale and the production can start. They didn't fall apart while the were cooking and made beautiful Hamburgers. Now I make burgers at home and its saves on the grocery bill. Its extremely easy to use and performs well. I'm very happy with this product

Ahorra tiempo
[Prensa doble con eyector] Prensa ligera y da fácil uso, muy fácil, nunca había hecho tantas hamburguesas tan rápido. El sistema de expulsión tal vez sea si se usa sin nada, pero utilizando polipapel no se utiliza, de todos modos es conveniente limpiarla después del uso por cualquier resto que llega a brincarle o el mismo jugo, dicha limpieza es sencilla y rápida, para mejor es utilizar un cepillo por el molleteado que tiene. En cuanto al grosor de la hamburguesa, en el menor tamaño se requieren unos 115-120grs para que quede completa, de menos gramaje queda abierta en la orilla, cuestión de gustos.Unas recomendaciones, Poner polipapel o papel encerado en la base, un poco mas grande que la hamburguesa, este se removera con la carne para poderla apilar sin que se pegue en la siguiente. Al colocar la bola de carne en la base no ponerla al centro, sino un poquito hacia la bisagra para que se distribuya y compacte mejor. En la parte superior se puede poner un polipapel grande amarrado o adherido que se reuse todo el proceso.
