Professional Leaf Gelatine 20 x 2g Sheets Bronze Leaves

I have used this gelatine for a while now; I prefer it over other brands. I did a little experimentation at the start, just to see how much to use for different quantities of liquids; and what is reassuring is that results are broadly consistent. Easy to use, nice set, and no flavour.

Whoops! How did I buy powder when I always grate my own nutmegs? However - this has done me some good! It is far better than I expected! Very good indeed! And I do appreciate being able to measure a spoonful for a curry instead of grating it and approximating. It's good to have both powdered and whole nutmegs I think!

I have only just started to use leaf gelatine and its much easier than stirring the jelly squares until they dissolve (or I eat them first!) This also makes much nicer flavoured jelly and also low fat cheesecake! These gelatine sheets are very good value and I have purchased from this seller on more than one occasion.

May be it was my recipe but, I found I didn't have to use as much as instructed on the packet - hence only the four starts instead of five. However, when I repeated the recipe with fewer leaves it was great. So, my advice would be to do a "dummy" run just to make sure you don't end up with a rubber ball!

We learnt to make Panna Cotta at a cookery school in the Cotswolds and decided to try using the proper chef size sheets. These worked perfectly as you can see from my creation! Very impressed.

Works perfectly. I am not a professional chef, but I think that the sheets are easier to use than the powder. This was my first time using the gelatine sheets and I could not be happier. The item arrived very quickly as well! Will be ordering again.

Came in a plastic bag so not great for storage geletins does what it says
