These came well recommended by a nutritionist.Biocare put alot of research into a good product.

I eat a diet that is home made and whole food but I do not eat much meat. I did not really think I needed this. However I do seem to have more energy . I will be buying again.This multivitamin is not the same as many. Reading the ingredients is necessary to find best for you.

Advised to use these for good vitamin maintenance/joint care by medical practitioner. Slight downside they have an odd smell but have got used to this now.

These are vitamins and minerals that obviously take some time to produce results in the system so I can't comment yet if they "work" (and no hope of the NHS being bothered to keep checking my blood after deficiencies were found - no money in it) but I just wanted to make two points that might be helpful to others.1. I did a fair amount of research and wanted to find as "natural" and least allergen containing high strength supplement from a reputable UK supplier, and this was it.2. The aroma that some comment on is very familiar to those of an age before everything sanitised - brewer's yeast, a rich natural source of minerals and b complex. No problem!

I've been taking these supplements ever since being initially prescribed them by a Harley Street homeopathic consultant twenty years ago. They actually do work in pepping up the system when the body is run down or recovering from a course of antibiotics. This is a superior product to many of the off the shelf products. They work for me but you will have to find out if they do so for you.

I'm not particularly sensitive to smells but this is just awful, and the after burp tastes are gross. I'd recommend not buying, I kept it up for a week and then had to stop taking.

This is a great quality product & works well, a bit pricy but worth it as a trustworthy UK company that consistently produces superior health supplements.
