Super , super cute! I bought a few but one came in broken so I had to return but the rest are fine.

It is beautiful. Perfect size for morning cup of coffee and a pastry. Not too light or too heavy. Not damaged or chipped. I was hesitant to order the cup because several reviews said it arrived broken. I took a chance but ordered several other items for added cushion/protection. It worked! My sister loved it! Will buy the plates next!

I was nervous to purchase this because a handful of reviews said that it came broken, but I decided to take a chance and I was not disappointed! Mine came totally in tact, which is a relief because it’s a Christmas gift for my boyfriend’s mother. It feels good quality, it has a nice weight and thickness to it and does not feel like those thin cheap teacups. The pattern is really cute and pretty as well. My only complaint is that for some reason, there was a weird smudge/smear on the top of the box. I was able to wipe it off but it was just a little odd. Other than that, I was really happy with the product!

Product broke. The cup was intact but the plate broke into two pieces. The packaging was poor and lacked cushion. Unacceptable.
