Had placed the order to trim matted hair of my Lhasa Apso and the trimmer worked beyond expectations. Trimmer Could smoothly glide through the hair and was not at all noisy. Though my order came 2 weeks late but was worth the wait at the end .

Product is okay. But I have received package with missing items. There was no paw trimmer head and travel case. I have registered the complaint but got no response so far. I shall update once I receive any further information.

The quality fully meets expectations based on the seller's claims and the experiences many other customers. I've groomed our dog six times so far and there is not pulling of hair and the unit functions best of those we've used so far. It seems durable and is comfortable to use. This product when delivered, did not include all the accessories listed in the product description.Mini Blade was missing in the contents.Stainless comb, stainless scissors, nail cutter, filer and travel case were all missing. Had to return this product for refund.
