Q-Connect Black A4 5mm Slide Binder and Cover Set (Pack of 20) KF01926

I needed to bind the pages of an A4 legal document with a protective cover. This kit of 20 clear A4 sheets and plastic spines works really well. BTW the Amazon ad shows the clear sheets with a brand logo - there is none. I used 5 sheets of 100gsm paper (medium thickness) with a transparent front cover and slid the plastic spine vertically down the edge to give a firm binding that holds the sheets together securely. Well worth the price IMHO.

Bit of a boring item to review, but they're very solid and add a professional touch to a presentation.You get 40 plastic sheets and 20 spines. The sheets are a little tricky to separate as they seem to want to stick to each other (static I assume). Once you've got a plastic sheet on your cover page and back page you can slip the spine over the top corner and start to slide it down. It gets a bit stiff toward the bottom so I was tapping it against the desk lightly, making sure to keep all my papers straight.My biggest report so far has been roughly 40 pages and the spines seemed to handle it fine, I'm not sure they would take much more than that though.Obviously they are re-usable as well if your materials are staying in office, which is a bonus, as I can see myself using these frequently.

i have never used these before but i had workbooks i had print off and wanted to hold together i used these maybe it cause i never used but they were hard to slide on i did not come with instructions i ended up cutting my had on one the back strips more used i thing got hang of them

Easy to use for simple binding of an exam assignment. I stapled 17 x A4 papers together, added the clear pvc front cover and had no difficulty sliding the papers through the binder slide. I could have attached a thick paper at the back page or perhaps 2-3 more more A4s to the bundle. I could have added a bit of superglue but didnt feel the need and not worried if the recipient wishes to keep the binder after use. Hopefully I will not be doing too many more exams but would definitely use these again if I had to. Better and professional-looking enough than some binders I've used in the past and the price is very good for the amount received and quality of the item. Basically did the job for my personal needs.

I am so disappointed with this purchase. I have bought these binders several times as I use them for work, but the manufacturers have changed the black slide binders and they are now so tight that it's impossible to slide them down the plastic covers, even with no papers inside them. I wanted to contact them to give them an opportunity to respond before I posted a review but there doesn't seem to be an option to do that. I have had to buy the slide binders separately from another manufacturer.

Bought these to bind my notes in college and they were great. Tough at first to get them on but its just a matter of putting the clear sheet either side of the papers, slipping the binder on the end, pulling it down along as far as you can and then tapping it on the desk as if you're straightening the papers to get it down to the edge. Once on I found them to be pretty sturdy, had several sets of notes binded with these thrown into my bag, hauled around college for weeks and months and they never budged.

Great Binders Have made many files up using these including cutting one spine to bind a file landscape, Once covers and papersare all aligned the spine is easy to slide on using the curved cut out to get it started I will buy more Great Item Great price compared to High Street shop prices.
