I bought these to use on my movo wireless mini mics.I use the mics on my motorcycle so wind noise is an issue. Adding these reduces the wind noise to the point where it's almost un noticeable.They are a little fiddly to fit to these mics due to the shape of the mic. I have managed to loop the elastic on the muff onto the clip of the mic then push it on. Its not perfect, but they haven't come off yet even at motorway speeds.A little expensive for what they are but they do the job well so I'm very happy.

Thought they were bigger, my fault for not reading the description properly. They seem of good quality and I have no doubt they would fit very small mics. Obviously I have no idea whether they serve their purpose but have no reason to doubt it.

I'm a bit of a head-case with these things, and these are the best I have found. If they can work on my parabolic mic setup, they can work on anything. Completely clear, great quality, and a brill company to boot. Yes please.

I create YouTube videos on channel 'Viewing Scotland'. With it being in windy Scotland, I get a lot of wind feedback on my mic. I bought these, sceptical, however what a difference it makes. You cannot hear the wind. I tested this against a fan at high speed, with and without. Without you can obviously hear the fan. With you cannot hear it at all, not even faintly.Recommend.

I have 5 different models of Lavelier mics. These little dead cat wind shields don't fit any of them well; even them it's a fiddle to get them to sit on mic properly.

This item claimed that it would fit all Sony lavelliers, but it does not fit over the ECMCS3, I have had to use two cover and apply a slight Frankenstein mod to make it operational.

Does exactly what they are supposed to. Pleased with purchase.

I wasn’t expecting much when I ordered theses as they were not made for my lav mic, I do a lot of filming outdoors and needed to reduce wind as much as possible, when I put it on the lav I did think it would come off quite easily however I was presently surprised to see after a few months of continuous use it still has not come off. Last the wind it cuts down is excellent, not had one that cuts this much wind noise out. Definitely would recommend.

It does pretty well on the mic inside my motorcycle helmet. It drastically cuts out the wind noise even when my visor is up. I’d recommend this product.

Muy útil, diría que imprescindible para grabaciones al aire libre. Yo las uso para un micro externo para mi Sony RX 100VII y la diferencia con ellas es abismal.

Der Gummizug hat bei mir jetzt gerade mal 4 Monate gehalten. Den muss man dann ersetzen. Sonst ein gutes kleines Deadcat.

Nachdem ich einen Windschutz für Außenaufnahmen gesucht habe, der die unschöne Form des reines Mikros etwas aufwertet, bin ich auf diesen Aufsatz gestoßen. Die Herausforderung für mich war die Aufnahme 2er Personen, die sich im gegenseitigen Gespräch über Sehenswürdigkeiten unterhalten und dabei die Original Stimmen der Aufnahme in guter Qualität wieder gegeben werden sollten. Dazu habe ich mich dann für die Verwendung von Diktiergeräten, in Verbindung mit einem externen Lavalier Mikrofon und eben diesem Windschutz entschieden.Der Pelz-Windschutz ist unproblematisch auf das Mikrofon aufzustecken und lässt dieses optisch verschwinden. Die Aufnahmequalität und auch die Nachverarbeitung wird dabei um einiges verbessert, da so gut wie gar keine Windgeräusche mehr zu hören sind, die man später aufwendig filtern müsste. Dabei leidet die Sprachqualität in keiner Weise, sondern es kommt zu einer klaren und deutlich verständlichen Sprachaufnahme, die sich sehr leicht mit dem Video synchronisieren lässt.Für mich eine klare Verbesserung der Basis Ton Aufnahme und somit eine klare Kaufempfehlung meinerseits.
