Ashwagandha 60 vegetable capsules

These capsules worked for me from the outset....my inner anxieties seem to disappear & I felt an inner calmness. I started taking 2 capsules but after 3 days I’m now taking 1 capsule in the morning & another at night. My sleep pattern has improved massively & I just feel an overall sense of being chilled!! I began to take these after reading a rave review on Chuckling Goat (I take goat kefir) & I’m so impressed with their effectiveness!

This is good, very helpful for social anxiety issues, especially when combined with L-Theanine.

Never disappointed with Solgar! I use this in the morning before a hectic day and I can feel that works. The only downside (only if you have sensitive stomach and you take 1000g a day for a long period) is the upset stomach.

Great product. I recommend sticking out the full course, 1 a day. When I came off after 90days I realised the slight impact ashwaganda had to my stress management and mindset. I feel less stressed and more capable when taking them. As close to a ‘limitless pill’ as you are ever going to get haha. Clear headed and distressed, what more could you ask for. Oh and fantastic libido effects.

Family member recommended these after reporting to feel so much better after taking these & having so much more energy,After using these for about 2 months I didn’t really notice much.. apart from making me visit the loo frequently I didn’t notice much different in my self taking these..I have a few left over but don’t take them anymore,Maybe I’ll finish the bottle off just for the sake of it..
