Quality product. Very easy to use controls, with temperature stop at 40 degrees. Copes well with changes in water pressure from toilets flushing etc, to maintain temperature.

Beautifully made and finished . Centre stop to help find off position .dont forget the green I box for fixing , and fitting plate for stud wall fixing .(origins I - box fitting plate .)easy to service if and when . We have another one in a new build ,now 12 years old and still fine but servicing is easy without touching tiles or pipes .

High quality item. It states on the packaging that you need to install it with iBox 2 which I also bought from Amazon. What it doesn’t tell you is that you need to buy an adapter to make the two items work together (wasn’t available on Amazon at the time) “Hansgrohe Adapter Plate For Ibox Universal 2 - 13588000” which cost me an additional £31 from the cheapest supplier I could find. This is a Hansgrohe issue not an Amazon issue, though it would have been good if it was stated in the item description.

Thought this looked nice but the cover is infact very cheap plastic that will scratch easily and frankly an outrage when you consider the price of this. Instructions are terrible - answering no questions and badly translated English - which is a joke. Shame as I wanted it but now returning along with £700 of other Hans Grohe items.

Good quality
