This is the first time I've written a review on Amazon, but this product deserves it. I use this belt for weighted dips, chin ups and pull ups.The belt is thick enough that it feels comfortable once you've got some weight on and it's deep enough that it sits well without being bulky or restrictive.The chain is a decent enough length that you'll be able to hang any size weight your gym has from it. It also has a good finish with no rough or sharp edges, this is important considering it'll be hanging near your most prized possessions!Over all it is a sturdy, comfortable product and it feels like it would be capable of handling more weight than I currently need it to.If you do dips, chin ups or pull ups in your work outs I highly recommend this belt so you can add some weight to your sets. If you don't you're missing out on all kinds of gains!

This belt was just what I needed. I haven’t hung more than 30kg off it whilst doing dips or pull ups but it feels like it could take a lot more. It is comfortable enough and does what I need it to do, feels sturdy and doesn’t slip down.

Turned up a couple of days early from the ETA, so was happy with that. Looks very well made and the thick chain looks like it could hold quite a bit of weight. Not used it as of yet but will be with small weight to start off with (as you do) as will take it from there

I've just bought my second one of these. My first one was absolutely brilliant. The quality for this low price is absolutely phenomenal. It feels solid, the chain in high quality iron. I do weighted dips with it and its never caused my any issues, feels secure etc. Unfortunately I accidentally left the belt in my gym overnight and someone stole it but I bought another without a second thought.The second one came today and looks to be just as good quality as the previous one.Thanks guys.

I've had 30kg on the chain no issues. I've used the belt and made a swing for my niece and nephew using the belt as a chair and rope for either side. No issues. Could take 90kg; That's the belt. Definetly my favourite equipment so far. I've a scaffold pole across my garage for boxing bag. But since I've been doing this I've noticed an increase in strength in my dips and pull ups. The hooks on the chain can take 90kg as I've used those on other equipment to pull myself up.

The belt arrived in good time and is as required. The belt appears sturdy but comfortable, the chain can easily be adjusted for length to suit any height and it will fit through the 1 inch hole of a standard plate. I've had 20kg on it so far and no problems.

BEWARE WHEN OPENING AND DON'T LET YOUR KIDS NEAR IT BEFORE YOU CHECK IT. Whilst this belt is fit for purpose and good value for money, upon opening the product and attaching the chain, I badly cut my hand on a flake of metal from the chain. This particular item should not have reached me in this state and is an excellent example of terrible quality control to the extent the customer, in this case myself, was actually injured.

Good quality, very durable. Very comfy and sits well on top of the hips, had 40kg+ and didn't dig into my sides. Would recommend
