My dog is a terrible puller but not only that she lunges at cars and other dogs so she can be a handful to control. This head collar is brilliant completely stops my dogs pulling and makes her walk nice, also no more lunging. I use it with a harness and double ended lead for extra control. Only issue wish it had a little padding on the nose band.

Worked really well, in 3 walks our Vizmaraner stopped pulling completely!She initially is not a big fan of it and trying to take it off but very quickly gets distracted with all new smells and soon forgets about it.Really pleased with the purchase.

Really pleased with this product. My dog didn't mind having it on at all. She pawed at it once the very first time it was on and once more after I washed it and it shrunk a little so was a bit tight (ooops!), but it did relax again back to normal size after a short time!I paired it with lots of treats to get positioning right while on walks and it's made them an absolute joy. I was getting quite severe shoulder pain from pulling before I used this. My dog will walk to heal, but only for a short time and then I'd lose connection with her and she'd yank at the end of the lead. This corrected the issue as I had hoped.The instructions are endearing, if a little old fashioned. I did find it tricky to put on as the nose loop will always slip when it is not worn so you have to fiddle with it slightly to position it correctly before putting it on. The plastic clip seemed sturdy for what it is.I also bought a separate safety attachment as it didn't come with one, just to be safe rather than sorry.I've used it for a month now, but have decided to upgrade to a Halti, but the one with the separate loop around the nose and one underneath that tightens with pressure rather than the one with the same design as this. My concern with this one was that, although it didn't ride up into my girl's eyes when I had it correctly fitted, the loop would move slightly around her face if she was on one side of me for a while and that did bring it closer to her eye than I was happy with. I went for a head collar with more structure as a result.Having said that, the first time I used the new collar I attached the lead to the wrong bit and so there was no pressure on the head collar and she walked beautifully because she was used to wearing this one and walking so nicely!Overall I am really happy and it is very good value, especially as a way to check your dog will respond well without spending a lot. It made a big difference to walks, but does need to be paired with training in my opinion.

This works great! However, the plastic clip isn't very strong and broke quite quickly. I have purchased a few as it works so well and 100% works against pulling. It's a a shame the clip isn't stronger.

Works a treat!I usually use a Halti or figure of eight collar.This better on all counts. Just a gentle twitch of the lead and you get a response. None if the pawing at it, rubbing it I have had with other similar collars. Easy to fit- ordered l for my Dobermann and could probably have got away with a medium..

Excellent, this is the second gentle leader I've bought. Most dogs don't like the leader at first, just persist. Once used to wearing the leader start the walking training and you'll get results in a few days. Excellent packaging and speedy delivery.

Whilst they do help with pulling, they are not sturdy and the clip has broken on ours after a month.
