Waaaaaay better than expected for the price
So I am making a custom woodworking project, and I got these because the price was good, and the reviews were good, I just wanted a heavy duty hinge. And let me just say these 5"x3" Hinges (the 304 stainless version) hinges are -WAY WAY BETTER- than I expected. I don't normally write reviews, but after taking these out of the package... Let's just say I've spent 3x the price for drastically worse quality in the past. The included screws seem to be good quality, but I am using different for project because I wanted a 2.5" depth screw to secure it. But the hinges themselves, I am very, very pleased with.

As Described, great product
Great product. I would purchase again. I did find that the hinge was fairly stiff. Added WD40 and works great now. Used these to hand a homemade baby gate. Its amusing to hear gushy bubbles as you open and close it from whatever grease they used. lol

Excellent hinges
Great price for excellent quality ball-bearing hinges. Extremely sturdy and smooth. Expect to last a lifetime and then some.

JUST RIGHT HINGES-Maybe Not
The hinges are heavy and made of stainless steel, so expect them to last be supporting a screen door and not rust Bearings are the only question..Installed one pair in August and have been in a hot Drought ever since. After one month of exposure, one hinge is showing rust around bottom of the top pin. Evidently some parts or all are not of high grade stainless steel.

The hinges on the metal door is in need of repair.
This will replace the original hinges. The wood frame of the metal clad door will not hold the 4 screws that attach to the hinges. This may be the best way to fix this problem.It seems like I must be the first to want to repair the door, instead of scraping the door and put a new one in.

Sturdy and robust
For the asking price, these hinges are tough and well made. Perfect for my heavy kitchen door. had them on for a few months now and a quick light spray of WD40 every month or so keeps them in perfect condition.
